Responsibilities

  • Review and process federal program documentation including grants applications and agreements.
  • Coordinate financial and grants management activities and prepare responses.
  • Supervise Grants Management Office staff and audits.
  • Document and recommend improved procedures for accountability and reporting.
  • Assist in collecting information for auditors and audits.
  • Maintain budgets and ensure proper recording of federal-aid funds.
