Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in program operations.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in fast-paced settings.
• Strong organizational, analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for leadership teams.
• Experience producing reports and briefings for senior stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Collaborative across teams and organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Onsite work in Washington, DC with DHS suitability.
• Ability to obtain DHS Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track program taskings and information requests from receipt to completion.
• Review assignments to identify actions, deadlines, and stakeholders; monitor progress.
• Gather inputs across teams to develop timely and accurate responses.
• Maintain trackers, logs, and status reporting for leadership visibility.
• Prepare briefing materials, summaries, presentations, and correspondence.
• Analyze program data to support leadership inquiries and reporting.
• Coordinate meetings and stakeholder engagements with agendas and follow-ups.
• Support communications with federal stakeholders and grant recipients.
• Assist in program reporting and dashboards development.
• Document processes and identify improvements for efficiency.
