Qualifications

Four or more years of federal grants management experience.
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience acceptable.
Strong written and oral communication skills; proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Supports pre-award activities (reviewing grant applications, scheduling panels, preparing correspondence).
Performs financial and data analysis, data validation, and ad-hoc reporting.
Supports award processing (reviewing applications, generating award packages, coordinating approvals).
Formats and redacts sensitive information per transparency requirements.
Reviews post-award actions including budgets and statements of work; prepares modifications.
Conducts audit resolution activities and prepares determination documentation.
Manages grant closeout activities, including closeout packages and file maintenance.
