Job summary

Censeo Consulting Group in Washington, DC seeks an Implementation Manager to support federal agencies transitioning to the GO.gov ETS shared service. You will lead GO.gov configuration, manage stakeholder workshops, and coordinate complex technical efforts across teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of federal consulting experience, deep SAP Concur Travel & Expense knowledge, and strong skills in planning, risk management, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public policy or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in consulting, federal service, and/or related field, preferably with customers or clients.
• Minimum 5 years' experience supporting SAP Concur Travel & Expense implementation (ideally GO.gov).
• Strong understanding of Travel Service programs, policy, and technology, ideally with E-Gov Travel.
• Experience with Travel and Expense Business and Process Analysis.
• Experience with technology integrations preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Leads configuration and implementation of GO.gov functionality aligned with client needs.
• Guides agency transition planning meetings and tracking of issues/resolutions.
• Coordinates responses to agency issues with the MSP and solution management team.
• Advocates for timely and successful delivery of GO.gov solution improvements.
• Develops and manages customer account profiles, coordinates workshops, testing activities, and other meetings.
• Applies project management experience to coordinate resolution of complex technical issues.
• Tracks progress using project management tools and reporting status on issues and risks.
• Applies waterfall and agile methods to support configuration, process redesign, implementation and rollout.
• Supports planning, elaboration and re-prioritization based on new information.
• Develops gap analysis between agency requirements and GO.gov functionality.
• Represents agency interests and surfaces critical issues early.
• Applies business process re-engineering to optimize GO.gov implementation and T&E compliance.
• Defines change management and transition communication requirements and metrics.
• Supports engagement including Technology project management, Change management and Go-Live readiness.
