Censeo Consulting Group in Washington, DC, seeks a Federal SAP Concur Implementation Manager to support GO.gov ETS deployments for federal agencies. You will lead configuration, guide transition planning, and coordinate responses with MSP and solution teams.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in business or public policy, 5+ years in federal consulting, and deep SAP Concur Travel & Expense experience. This hybrid role offers DC-area flexibility and a competitive package to influence GO.gov

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, public policy or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in consulting, federal service, and/or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience supporting SAP Concur Travel & Expense implementation and support (GO.gov)
Strong understanding of Travel Service programs, policy, and technology, ideally with E-Gov Travel
Experience with Travel and Expense Business and Process Analysis
Experience with technology integrations preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration

Responsibilities

Leads configuration and implementation of GO.gov functionality aligned with client needs
Guides agency transition planning meetings and tracking of issues/resolutions
Coordinates responses to agency issues with the MSP and solution management team
Advocates for timely and successful delivery of GO.gov solution improvements
Develops and manages customer account profiles and coordinates agency participation in GO.gov workshops
Applies project management experience to coordinate resolution of complex issues including security accreditation activities
Tracks progress using standard PM tools and methodologies
Applies waterfall and agile methods to support configuration, process redesign, implementation and rollout
Supports planning and prioritization based on new information
Develops gap analyses between agency requirements and GO.gov functionality
Represents agency interests and surfaces critical issues early
Applies business process re-engineering to optimize GO.gov deployment
Defines agency change management and transition communication requirements
Supports engagement including Go-Live readiness and user adoption support

Federal SAP Concur (GO.gov) Implementation Manager

The Position:

Censeo is seeking a consultant to serve as an Implementation Manager to support federal client agencies by providingcustomer engagement and operations planning support to customer agencies transitioning to the GO.gov e-gov travel services (ETS) shared service. The consultant will be part of the GO.gov implementation team supporting all aspects of implementation and transition for the client.

Responsibilities:

Leadsconfiguration and implementation of GO.gov functionality aligned with client needs
Guides agency transition planning meetings and tracking of issues/ resolutions
Coordinates responses to agency issues with the MSP and solution management team
Advocates for the timely and successful delivery of GO.gov solution improvements according to customer needs and objectives
Develops and manages customer account profiles, coordinates agency participation in GO.gov customer/user workshops, testing activities, and other coordinating meetings.
Applies T&E or other business system project management experience to communicate and coordinate resolution to complex project issues involving technical topics including software/solution validation, business system integration, and security accreditation activities.
Tracks progress using common project management schedule software and tracking tools for logging and reporting status on issues, actions, and risks.
Applies waterfall and agile management methods to support all aspects of configuration, process redesign, implementation and rollout
Supports task planning, elaboration and re-prioritization based on new information, and adapting plans to meet project deadlines.
Develops a gap analysis between agency requirements and GO.gov functionality to identify potential risks
Represents the agency’s interests by promoting agency-specific needs, surfacing critical issues early, and identifying gaps in resources or information provided by GO.gov
Appliesbusiness process re-engineering to optimize implementation of the GO.gov solution and ensure federal T&E compliance
Defines agency’s change management and transition communication requirements and performance metrics with a focus on mitigating adoption risks and satisfying customer information needs Identify agency stakeholder groups, assess stakeholder information needs, and prepare communication planning materials outlining key messages, methods, and timing by stakeholder group
Supports all aspects of the engagement including overseeing Technology project management, Change management and Transition Communication support, Go-Live Readiness, and User Adoption and Proficiency support.

The Fine Print:

Hybrid within DC Area
Salary Range: $110,000-$150,000 (depending on experience)
Expected travel 0-10%; mayincrease based on business needs
