Job summary

C3 AI seeks a Director to own a portfolio of federal accounts, from signature through production and expansion. You will lead Forward Deployed Engineers and Team Leads, coordinating with presales and customer stakeholders to deliver mission-critical AI solutions.

You will set technical and commercial roadmaps, manage scope discipline, and drive accreditation activities across sensitive environments, ensuring program success and client trust.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active DoD security clearance (Secret or higher) preferred.
• Experience leading high-stakes federal programs from contract to production.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery outcomes across a portfolio of federal accounts from signature to production go-live and expansion.
• Lead Forward Deployed Engineers and Team Leads, coordinating with Presales and stakeholders.
• Define MVP scope, roadmaps, and accreditation posture across IL boundaries and air-gapped environments.
