• Enters and retrieves data, using Food Service programs, on a PC and maintains disks with back-up copies.
• Maintains systematic files, ledgers, stock index records, inventory accountability procedures through posting receivers.
• Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports for submission to the Regional and Central Offices.
• Maintains security of the institution as a core staff responsibility.
