The successful candidate will analyze data, document decisions, and support data migrations in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment within homeland security projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in change management, process improvement, IT modernization, or related financial field.
• Experience aligning business processes with new systems and controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess financial implementations against audit readiness criteria including system architecture, processes, data quality, and reporting.
• Review process documentation and risk control matrices to identify gaps and recommend standardized solutions.
• Identify opportunities to modernize workflows to strengthen automation and internal controls.
• Analyze financial system modernization impacts throughout the program lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to support data validation and issue resolution.
