Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of travel and financial documents with accuracy and efficiency.
• Review, validate, and calculate information across incoming relocation and financial materials, maintaining strict attention to detail.
• Conduct analysis on financial transactions and identify discrepancies or required follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal team members to resolve outstanding items.
• Communicate progress, issues, and status updates to clients clearly, professionally, and in a timely manner.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of information in all written and verbal interactions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, modernize, or improve existing processes.
• On-site up to three days per week in the Washington, DC metro area (with potential inclusion of Indianapolis).
