Guidehouse is seeking a Department of War (DOW) Financial Management Consultant to assist federal clients in optimizing finance operations, including audit readiness, accounting, procurement, and pay processes. You will work across systems to trace financial statements to operating functions and build process improvements.

The role requires a cleared professional with at least 2 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's in accounting/finance, and the ability to handle large data sets in Excel

Competenze

• Active and maintained SECRET DoD security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Business or related field.
• Two or more years of relevant experience in financial, auditing, accounting or business.

Mansioni

• Support audit remediation activities, including updating SOPs and action plans.
• Perform recurring testing of internal controls and design/execute Managers Internal Controls Programs (A-123).
• Provide targeted area support, such as root-cause analysis for journal vouchers and FBWT variances.
• Apply federal accounting, financial management, and audit knowledge to develop solutions and recommendations.
