Guidehouse is seeking a DOD Financial Management Consultant in the Fayetteville area to help federal clients optimize their finance operations, including audit readiness, accounting, procurement and property management.

You will perform internal control testing, develop SOPs, and support remedial actions across DoD programs, applying federal accounting and audit expertise to deliver practical solutions.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree welcomed.
• 1+ year of relevant experience in financial, auditing, accounting, consulting, or business.
• Interest in CPA, CGFM or related credential.

Responsibilities

• Help federal clients optimize finance operations, including audit readiness and procurement.
• Support remediation activities, update process docs and SOPs, implement corrective actions.
• Conduct internal controls testing and support DoD financial management needs.
