Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a professional consultant to support a federal law enforcement client. You will lead data-driven process improvements, automate workflows, and deliver insights to leadership with strong knowledge management and end-user support.

The role requires an active Top Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and 2+ years of consulting experience. Travel up to 10% is expected, with compensation in a broad annual range.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree; four (4) years of additional professional experience may be used in lieu of a degree.
• Two (2) or more years of consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, actionable insights to leadership by gathering and analyzing data, developing comprehensive reports, and presenting findings.
• Lead client-facing discussions and meetings; synthesize information and propose solutions.
• Develop and automate processes, tools, and dashboards to improve efficiency across the organization.
• Create SOPs, user guides, and training materials for enterprise-wide systems and processes.
