• Provide administrative control to manage the Facilities office.
• Coordinate budget data and information to keep an updated budget account for the department.
• Maintain up-to-date information regarding the status of work requests, work orders and B&F projects.
• Assist in monitoring the progress of all construction projects at the institution.
