Trademasters Service in NE Washington DC is seeking a Custodian Supervisor for our federal office buildings. The role oversees a team of six custodians, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance, with schedule flexibility between 6am and 6pm.

We offer full-time hours, hourly pay of $24.00–$27.00, and comprehensive benefits including holidays, health coverage, and a 401K plan. Prior supervisory and custodial experience in high-profile environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of supervisory experience in past 7 years.
• 5 years of experience cleaning commercial, hospital, or government facilities in the past 7 years.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.
• Basic computer skills and ability to track and complete paperwork/documents.
• Background check and DOJ security clearance process.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, directs, and trains custodial staff, as required.
• Inspects work, generates reports, presents information to Project Management.
• Ensures and promotes a safe working environment.
• Consistently demonstrates a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Completes all duties listed on the daily schedule and maintains daily upkeep of assigned areas and equipment.
