Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field from a U.S. institution.
- Experience reviewing calculations and engineering documents for energy projects.
- Familiarity with ESPC/UESC methods and DoD/FEMP guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Assist with technical reviews of proposed ECMs across mechanical, electrical, and energy systems.
- Coordinate project documentation, life-cycle cost analyses, and M&V deliverables.
- Coordinate with installations, ESCOs, and detachments to resolve questions and track data.
- Enter and manage project status data in tracking systems and support reporting.
- Prepare briefings and analyses for government reviews at each phase.
