Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field from a U.S. institution.
  • Experience reviewing calculations and engineering documents for energy projects.
  • Familiarity with ESPC/UESC methods and DoD/FEMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with technical reviews of proposed ECMs across mechanical, electrical, and energy systems.
  • Coordinate project documentation, life-cycle cost analyses, and M&V deliverables.
  • Coordinate with installations, ESCOs, and detachments to resolve questions and track data.
  • Enter and manage project status data in tracking systems and support reporting.
  • Prepare briefings and analyses for government reviews at each phase.
