Job summary

JBW Federal in Florida seeks an energy-project support engineer to review third-party financed energy measures (ESPC/UESC) and assist across PA, IGA, construction, and performance phases. You bring engineering expertise to verify calculations and coordinate with AF OEA, AFIMSC Detachments, and installation stakeholders.

Responsibilities include life-cycle cost analysis, M&V documentation, data tracking, and preparing government deliverables. U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
3-7 years of facility energy project experience preferred.
US citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance; ESPC/UESC familiarity.

Responsibilities

Review proposed ECMs across mechanical, electrical, and distributed energy systems.
Prepare life-cycle cost analyses and M&V documentation.
Coordinate with installations, ESCOs, and AFIMSC Detachments.
Maintain project data and support weekly updates and reporting.
Prepare briefing packages for government review during each phase.
Align solutions with DAF energy strategy and playbooks.
