Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in environmental compliance program development and implementation for federal agencies.
• Experience developing and delivering environmental training to staff and facility operators.
• Experience presenting to program and senior client leadership.
• Familiar with federal environmental policy, directives and executive orders.
• Ability to distill complex guidance into actionable program steps.
• Experience creating environmental policy and procedures addressing changing requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to work in teams or independently.
• Familiar with CAA, CWA, RCRA, Safe Drinking Water Act, Spill Plans, Firing Ranges.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TRIRIGA, Power BI, ArcGIS.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and guide environmental compliance to ensure facilities operate under policy and regulations.
• Plan and execute environmental program meetings and cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare routine facility environmental reporting to regulators.
• Train facility personnel on environmental policy and guidance.
• Support acquisition work: scoping, market research, cost estimates and timelines.
• Track environmental actions and update reports in SharePoint and other systems.
• Attend nationwide planning and compliance meetings, virtual or in‑person.
