Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 3–5 years of administrative and/or operations experience preferred.
• Prior project facilitator experience preferred; MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning and problem solving.
• Coordinate project meetings with internal and external stakeholders; prepare materials and minutes.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training related to federal requirements; maintain policy docs.
• Assist with QA and documentation reviews; draft reports and proposals.
• Maintain project databases and tracking reports; ensure secure filing and access.
