Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with ABET accreditation.
• Professional registration or licensure (EI/EIT/PE) or FE exam.
• Secret clearance eligibility for the duration of employment.
• CEM license within the first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and administer energy management plans and conservation for the IMCOM DPW.
• Serve as COR for energy-related contracts and oversee construction activities.
• Prepare responses to energy audits, inspections, and surveys.
• Oversee utility billing and building automation/meters for cost and usage.
• Conduct feasibility studies for energy conservation program planning.
• Represent Operations during emergencies to coordinate resources.
