Job summary

BryceTech LLC is seeking an Emergency Management Analyst to support FEMA's Office of Emerging Threats, focusing on identifying and informing about evolving hazards across cyber, climate, and weapons domains. You will develop briefings, assist with policy analysis, and coordinate with FEMA leadership, Public Affairs, and congressional affairs, while ensuring 508 compliance and secure communications.

The role requires US citizenship, 4+ years in FEMA or policy analysis, a Bachelor's degree, and

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in FEMA, emerging threats, or policy analysis.
US citizenship and ability to obtain DHS Public Trust.
Bachelor's degree in related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

Support in communicating with multiple stakeholders about cross-cutting issues and engage FEMA Leadership, Public Affairs and Congressional Affairs as needed.
Create and distribute internal communications on upcoming CBRN policy issues for FEMA senior leadership.
Develop briefings, presentations, after action reports, video, and graphics for the OET Director or Management Team.
Provide support for periodic events and informal meetings.
Maintain and update the FEMA OET internal and external website.
