Cadmus seeks an Emergency Management Analyst for our Homeland Security practice to support clients with data-driven program analysis, assessment, and evaluation; training design and development; and guidance and tools creation.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with a master’s degree substituting for two years, and frequent on-site meetings in the DC metro area.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience with familiarity of emergency management recovery and resilience principles/programs for federal, state, and local stakeholders.
  • A master’s degree can substitute for two years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support emergency management clients with data-driven program analysis, assessment, and evaluation.
  • Training design and development; development of guidance and tools; communications and programmatic support.
