Job summary

Concept Plus is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to drive requirements intake, analysis, and backlog management for Drupal-based digital platform initiatives. You will translate business needs into actionable technical solutions and serve as the liaison between government stakeholders and the development team.

The role requires strong Drupal architecture knowledge and Agile delivery experience, with collaboration across product owners, architects, developers, and testers to ensure alignment

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of Drupal architecture and ability to evaluate requirements for feasible solutions.
• Experience facilitating Agile backlog refinement sessions and collaborating with software teams.
• Experience using Azure DevOps Boards for backlog management, sprint planning, and work item tracking.
• Knowledge of accessibility, security, and federal digital project considerations.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake of new requirements through ITSM processes and governance boards.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to understand objectives and outcomes.
• Analyze business processes to improve UX, workflow efficiency, and automation.
• Translate requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Maintain and refine the Azure DevOps product backlog for release planning and sprint sequencing.
