Job summary

Stanford University Libraries is seeking a full-time Federal Information Discovery Project Manager to join the Research Data Services team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of related project management experience.
• Experience managing high-complexity, cross-disciplinary projects and budgets.
• Strong written and oral communication across diverse audiences.
• PM skills in integration, scope time management, cost, quality, HR, communications, risk, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project management cycle from initiation to closing.
• Develop action plans and estimate resources for projects.
• Facilitate discussions to drive consensus among team and partners.
• Develop project strategy and communication plans with stakeholders.
• Coordinate Slack and Jira for project work.
• Oversee grant-supported work including partnerships and grant reports.
• Manage project portfolio risk and budgeting from $250k to $600K.
