Job summary

M&C Saatchi World Services is seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst to support a federal contract. You will collect, organize, validate, and analyze data from databases, APIs, and S3 to support performance reporting and dashboards.

Collaborate with engineers, product, and government stakeholders to turn complex questions into clear, evidence-based analyses and recommendations, using Python, SQL, and AI-assisted tools responsibly.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in data analytics, statistics, BI, CS, economics, or related field.
• Approximately 4 years of relevant experience in data analysis or BI.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Location is hybrid in Washington, DC or New York City.

Responsibilities

• Analyze program, digital, communications, outreach, and operational data to identify trends and insights.
• Translate client questions into data requirements and analytical approaches.
• Develop, test, and validate SQL queries and data extracts.
• Use Python to support repeatable data intake, cleaning, API calls, and reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams on AI-assisted data workflows.
• Produce government-facing reports, briefs, data summaries, and documentation.
• Support dashboards and recurring reporting for stakeholders.
