Pryzm is seeking a Federal Data Analyst in Boston to own and improve federal data quality, structure, and insights. You will deliver customer-ready data outputs, design new data feeds, and transform datasets into credible narratives for executives.

The role blends hands-on data work with market-facing analysis and requires comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. Located on-site in Boston, this position welcomes candidates with 0–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years combining data work with analysis or research, or relevant internship.
• Strong SQL ability and comfort with large, messy datasets.
• Experience with government contracting data is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve Pryzm's federal data within the platform.
• Handle data pulls end-to-end from scoping to delivery.
• Design and build data feeds and trackers for customer use cases.
• Mine data to produce thought leadership for customers and marketing.
• Run QA on personnel, organizational, and program data to catch issues.
