Job summary

Pryzm Dynamics Inc. in Boston is seeking a Federal Data Analyst to own and improve our federal data assets, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and timely insights for customers.

You'll partner with product and engineering to translate data gaps into platform improvements, perform QA on personnel, program, and organizational data, and deliver clean data outputs for clients. This is a fully on-site role requiring US person status.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of data-focused analysis or research.
• Basic SQL skills and ability to work with large, messy datasets.
• Familiarity with government contracting or federal personnel data is a plus.
• Strong analytical writing for executive audiences.
• High attention to detail with a self-driven mindset.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and rapid multi-project work.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve Pryzm's federal data assets.
• Field customer data pulls end to end, scoping to delivery.
• Design and build new data feeds and trackers for specific use cases.
• Mine data for patterns, turning insights into thought leadership.
• Run structured QA across personnel, organizational, and program data.
• Partner with data, product, and engineering to shape data quality and coverage.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to translate data gaps into UI enhancements.
