Job summary

Pryzm is seeking a Federal Data Analyst in Boston to own and maintain critical federal data within our platform. You will blend hands-on data work with market-facing analysis, handling daily data quality tasks and delivering insights to customers.

Located on-site in Boston, you will collaborate with the data, product, and engineering teams to transform customer needs into scalable data solutions. US Persons and veterans are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience combining hands-on data work with analysis or research
• Basic SQL skills and ability to work with large messy datasets
• Familiarity with government contracting data is a strong plus
• Strong analytical writing for executive audiences
• High attention to detail and self-driven mindset
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving quickly across data QA and customer requests

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve Pryzm's federal data and detect meaningful shifts
• Field customer-requested data pulls end to end from scoping to delivery
• Design and build new data feeds and trackers for customer use cases
• Mine data for patterns and turn into insights for customers and marketing
• Run QA across personnel, organizational, and program data to catch errors
• Collaborate with the data team to shape long-term data coverage and quality
• Partner with product and engineering to translate data gaps into architecture/ui improvements
