Job summary

BluePath Labs is seeking an experienced Data, AI & Automation Task Lead to drive data, AI, automation, and emerging technology services for a federal client. This role owns the shared technical backlog and data and automation roadmap, prioritizing reusable capabilities and measurable operational improvements with client stakeholders and task leads.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years delivering data integration services on comparable projects.
Experience leading data integration, automation, roadmaps, and multidisciplinary technical delivery across architecture, development, data, and operations teams.
Ability to prioritize shared capabilities with business stakeholders and ensure secure, maintainable solutions per policy.

Responsibilities

Lead data, AI, automation, and emerging technology services for a federal client.
Own and manage the shared technical backlog and data and automation roadmap.
Work with client stakeholders and task leads to prioritize reusable capabilities and measurable improvements.
Coordinate architecture, development, data, and operations teams for multidisciplinary delivery.
Collaborate with sector leads and embedded analysts to distinguish portfolio tools from shared engineering needs.
Prioritize shared capabilities with business stakeholders to support needs and improve processes.
Oversee technical quality, reuse, and operational improvements across data integration and automation.
Guide secure, maintainable solutions aligned with applicable GSA IT policy.
