BluePath Labs is seeking multiple mid-level Business, Data & Automation Analysts to support federal operations across three tracks: Business Analysis / Product Ownership, Business Intelligence, and Portfolio Data & Automation. U.S. citizenship is required; TS/SCI preferred.

This is a fast-growing research and consulting firm delivering value to government clients. Multiple openings across tracks with growth opportunities, competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsabilités

• Translate operating needs into process maps, backlogs, acceptance criteria, and adoption plans.
• Develop dashboards and metrics; create reusable reporting components.
• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and workflow tools.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and engineering on requirements and data validation.
• Ensure solutions align with shared architecture and standards.
• Support solution adoption and ongoing maintenance.
