You will design modules using ADDIE, build SCORM-compliant e-learning, and ensure accessibility per Section 508. The role involves co-facilitation, evaluation, and delivering polished instructor materials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and delivering IT or cybersecurity training.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and SCORM packaging.
• Hands-on experience producing Section 508-conformant documents, presentations, and e-learning.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and Zero Trust content.

Responsibilities

• Instructional design using ADDIE: write learning objectives, design modules, and trace to the Training Plan.
• Develop slide decks, facilitator guides, participant guides, workbooks, job aids, and knowledge checks.
• Build SCORM e-learning modules (30–min general workforce, 20–min supervisor) and micro-learning videos.
• Ensure accessibility per Section 508 using accessibility tools.
• Co-facilitate cohorts, track sessions, and moderate Q&A in general workforce sessions.
• Evaluate knowledge checks and recommend content improvements.
• Contribute to instructor kit and Final Training Summary Report.
