Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, communications, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years designing and delivering IT or cybersecurity training, including 2 years with federal clients.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline or Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar) and SCORM packaging.
• Hands-on experience producing Section 508-conformant documents, presentations, and e-learning.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and ability to explain Zero Trust content clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials using ADDIE; create objectives, module flow, and activities.
• Develop slide decks, facilitator guides, participant guides, workbooks, and knowledge checks.
• Create two SCORM e-learning modules and several micro-learning videos with storyboards and captions.
• Ensure accessibility to Section 508 standards using Microsoft/Adobe tools.
• Co-facilitate professional cohorts, track sessions, and moderate Q&A.
• Analyze knowledge checks and evaluations; recommend content improvements.
• Contribute to instructor kits and Final Training Summary Report.
