Job summary

MartinFed is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide program and project management leadership in support of cybersecurity compliance and security engineering activities within a federal environment.

This individual will serve as the primary lead for contract execution, coordinating activities across geographically separated locations and ensuring technical, schedule, and contractual requirements are successfully achieved.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex IT and cybersecurity programs in federal environments.
• Ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program and project management activities supporting cybersecurity compliance and security engineering efforts.
• Coordinate contract activities and project execution across two locations for effective delivery.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Project Management Plan (PMP) addressing scope, schedule, resources, risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
• Conduct monthly Program Management Review (PMR) meetings with government stakeholders.
• Develop and present PMR briefings summarizing activities, schedules, risks, and actions.
