Job summary

MartinFed is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide program and project management leadership in support of cybersecurity compliance and security engineering activities within a federal environment.

This individual will serve as the primary lead for contract execution, coordinating activities across geographically separated locations and ensuring technical, schedule, and contractual requirements are successfully achieved.

Qualifications

• Requires US Citizenship with a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Active PMP certification.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex IT/cybersecurity programs in federal/regulatory environments.
• Ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and coordinate with government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead program and project management activities supporting cybersecurity compliance and security engineering efforts.
• Manage contract activities and project execution across two locations with coordination and delivery.
• Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive Project Management Plan (PMP) covering scope, schedule, resources, risks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate technical and compliance activities across Security Engineering and Security Compliance teams.
• Provide cybersecurity subject matter expertise to supplement engineering and compliance teams.
• Develop integrated project schedules with milestones, dependencies, and completion dates.
• Identify and resolve project risks, challenges, and schedule impacts.
• Conduct monthly PMR meetings with government stakeholders and present status briefings.
