Job summary

Qualys is seeking a Product Management Director, Federal to lead the company’s federal product portfolio. You will own the multi-year strategy, build a high-performing team, and drive the roadmap to sustain authorities and drive federal adoption.

You will collaborate with executive leadership, engineering, compliance, and federal sales to align with government mandates and ensure secure, compliant, and scalable solutions. U.S. citizenship and security clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Cybersecurity or related field; MBA preferred.
12+ years of product management experience, incl. 5+ years with U.S. federal government and 3+ years leading teams.
Deep FedRAMP and DoD Impact Level experience with authorization and continuous monitoring.
Strong knowledge of NIST RMF, SP 800-53/800-171, CDM, CISA BODs, Zero Trust and CMMC.

Responsibilities

Own the multi-year federal product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Lead federal pricing, packaging, and contract vehicle strategy with sales, alliances, and contracts teams.
Maintain and expand federal authorizations (FedRAMP, DoD ILs) with security/compliance leaders.
Build executive relationships with agency CISOs, program executives, and system integrators.
