Job summary

Project Solutions Inc. is seeking a Project Manager/QA Manager to support the Medford United States Courthouse project for the GSA.

Responsibilities include oversight of construction, scheduling, cost estimates, and closeout activities on a 74-week period. Qualified candidates will have a degree in a related field or 7 years of management experience, and strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or seven years of construction management experience.
• Experience with federal, government, or public-sector building projects.
• Experience managing complex, long-term construction projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction management oversight for the Medford courthouse project for GSA.
• Review schedules, assess risks, monitor critical path, and recommend milestones.
• Prepare cost estimates, evaluate proposals, support change orders, analyze budget impacts.
• Conduct daily site inspections to verify quality, safety, and code compliance.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, documentation, and correspondence in project systems.
• Prepare field reports, meeting minutes, and executive summaries for stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget.
• Monitor labor standards, safety, and quality control.
