We are seeking a Construction Manager to manage facility construction or rehabilitation projects, including coordination with designers and contractors, and potentially assigned field staff and sub‑consultants. Coordination may also be required on federal construction projects with GSA, NPS, USACE, NAVFAC, FBI and other agencies within and supporting the Federal Government. Applicants with a transit and rail background are also encouraged to apply. Some marketing and proposal development from a technical perspective will be part of this role, including an understanding of business development and federal procurement. Compensation for this position is $95,000.00 – $150,000.00, commensurate with experience, education and certifications. The provided range is a good faith estimate based on the requirements described within the job description. Work is performed in both an office and field (construction) environment. Office to field time is approximately 25% to 75% respectively. Field work requires climbing, walking and standing at a construction site and may be outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 50 lbs) may be required. Travel may be required.
