Job summary

KSA Integration, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, seeks a Cost Estimator to support MCICOM Facilities Directorate. You will compile historical cost data, perform market research, and prepare IGCE packages in support of government estimates.

This full-time role is contingent upon award. Responsibilities include maintaining cost libraries, conducting vendor surveys, and producing structured market research reports in accordance with FAR Part 10/15.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or related field.
• 4-6 years of cost estimating, market research, or financial analysis in federal facilities/construction.
• Familiarity with IGCE development methodologies and federal cost estimating standards.
• Proficiency in RSMeans or equivalent construction cost databases; strong Excel and data management skills.
• Active Secret clearance required; CAC eligibility at start of performance.
• Preferred MCICOM, NAVFAC, or Marine Corps installations experience.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze historical cost data from RSMeans, PACES, government contract databases, and prior award records to support IGCE development
• Conduct commercial market surveys and vendor capability research for facilities construction, sustainment, and O&M requirements
• Produce structured market research reports and IGCE cost support packages in compliance with FAR Part 10 and 15 requirements
• Maintain a living cost data library organized by project type, trade, and installation
• Coordinate data calls across program office sections to gather programmatic inputs required for cost justification documents
