• Provide advice and guidance to all levels of staff at FMC Devens, including executive staff.
• May communicate with defense attorneys, prosecutors, federal courts, and agency officials.
• Perform legal research and writing independently with minimal oversight.
• Learn and adapt to BOP protocols to achieve advocacy and persuasion at optimal levels.
• Duties may require frequent contact with individuals in confinement and involve hands-on duties in a detention setting.
