Qualifications

• 3+ years of copywriting experience for external audiences in regulated industries.
• 3+ years of editing experience with adherence to style guides.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight timelines.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint; writing samples/portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit copy (plain language) for email, webinars, blogs, videos, guides, infographics, and social content.
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice and campaign messaging.
• Collaborate with strategy, design, product teams, and client reviewers to deliver timely content.
• Incorporate feedback and optimize content based on user findings.
• Be willing to on-site 1 day/week to DC.
