Job summary

INCATech LLC is seeking a Mid-Level Contract Specialist to provide on-site acquisition support at DOT Headquarters in Washington, DC. The role covers planning, market research, solicitations, evaluations, awards, administration, and closeout throughout the procurement lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of federal contracting experience, with strong FAR knowledge and the ability to work with COs, CORs, and program officials in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant federal contracting experience.
• Familiarity with FAR and federal procurement processes.
• Experience with FAR Parts 8.4, 12, 13, 37, 43 and closeout procedures.
• Ability to work onsite at DOT Headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition support across multiple stages of the procurement lifecycle, including planning, market research, solicitations, evaluations, awards, administration, and closeout.
• Assist with preparation and review of procurement packages, SOWs, SOOs, and PWSs.
• Support administration of contracts, task orders, BPAs, call orders, and purchase orders.
• Assist with actions using multiple contract types: FFP, Cost Reimbursable, LH, and T&M.
• Support cost/price analysis, contract modifications, and closeout actions.
