Job summary

DZYNE Technologies LLC. is seeking a Contracts Specialist to join our team in Irvine, CA or Fairfax, VA.

You will support internal administration of contract agreements, compliance documents, and databases, liaising with contract managers, program management, and engineering to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interactions with both internal customers.
• Ability to work productively, both independently and as part of a team, to meet project objectives within designated timelines.
• Prompt responsiveness to internal and external customer requests.
• High ethical standards for handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation, review, and maintenance of contract files, modifications, task orders, and related documentation.
• Maintaining accurate and organized contract records in accordance with government and company standards.
• Interacting regularly with contract team members to support and assist in resolving contract issues to ensure contract compliance.
• Supporting proposal teams by gathering contract data, reviewing solicitation requirements, and preparing administrative sections.
• Helping to ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, agency supplements, and internal company policies.
• Coordinating flow-downs of terms and conditions with all functional departments including contract managers, program management, engineering, supply chain management, manufacturing, as required.
