Job summary

DZYNE Technologies in Irvine, CA is seeking a Contracts Specialist to support federal contracting processes and compliance across contract files, modifications, task orders, and related documents.

You will work with senior contracts personnel and program managers to ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met, with opportunities to grow core competencies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, review, and maintenance of contract files and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate contract records per government and company standards.
• Collaborate with contract team to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
• Support proposal teams by gathering data and reviewing solicitations.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and internal policies.
• Coordinate flow-downs of terms with contract managers, program management, and engineering.
