Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to draft contracts, specify requirements, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review requisitions and determine procurement method with proper authority.
• Develop procurement plans using market conditions and specs.
• Prepare and issue solicitation documents and select appropriate clauses.
• Analyze bids and ensure compliance with specifications and terms.
• Draft final contracts including delivery, inspection, and shipping requirements.
