Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Project Manager for Letterkenny to oversee day-to-day operations under the Performance Work Standards. This role trains and supervises staff, coordinates custodial and lawncare tasks, and liaises with government customers to fulfill contract obligations.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in cleaning operations, a clean driving record, and the ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• Two years of post-secondary education required.
• Two years’ recent supervisory experience in directing cleaning operations.
• Ability to obtain secret level security clearance.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Letterkenny contract and other contracts; train and coach staff.
• Manage payroll, supplies, and inventory within contract parameters.
• Conduct daily site inspections and performance measurements.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Communicate progress to the Director of Business Services.
