CGS Federal is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee and maintain all current agreements, while meticulously negotiating and finalizing new contracts. This role requires expertise in contract management to ensure compliance and optimize terms for both existing and upcoming contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience managing various contract types and solicitation types.
• Knowledge of Federal Contracting guidelines.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Federal clients.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal government security clearance.
• Proven expertise with MS Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all current contracts.
• Negotiate and finalize new contracts, ensuring compliant terms.
• Lead and coordinate proposal and award activities across contract lifecycle.
• Review complex contract actions and implement risk-based tactical plans.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Client Success, and HR teams on contract challenges.
• Serve as SME for contracts and ensure compliance with obligations.
• Cradle-to-grave contract administration, including RFP analysis, proposal development, review, and execution.
