Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee and maintain all current agreements, negotiate and finalize new contracts, and ensure compliance across the contract lifecycle. You will lead proposal activities, coordinate with BD, HR, and Client Success teams, act as SME for contracts, and perform cradle-to-grave contract administration for government contracts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required and minimum 3+ years in contract management for government or federal clients.
Strong knowledge of Federal contracting guidelines and compliance requirements.
Ability to obtain and maintain a federal government security clearance.
Proven experience supporting Federal clients and handling multiple contract types.

Responsibilities

Oversee cradle-to-grave contract administration for government contracts, including RFP analysis, terms review, and execution.
Lead proposal and award activities, guiding internal teams through the contract lifecycle.
Review complex contract actions at all stages, develop plans to address risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with Business Development, Client Success, and HR on contract and proposal challenges.
