Job summary

Joint Strategic Technologies (JST) is seeking a mid-level Contracts Data Analyst in Washington, DC to organize contracting data, build dashboards, and manage platforms like Power BI, Smartsheet, and SharePoint. You will collaborate with the PM Lead to improve data workflows and provide actionable insights for DOS contracting operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on analytics experience, a bachelor’s degree, and an active secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field and 3–5 years of analytics experience.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, and Excel to build dashboards.
• Experience configuring SharePoint pages and document repositories.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual presentation skills to translate data into insights.
• High precision in data entry, reconciliation, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and Smartsheet trackers.
• Structure contracting data and establish best practices for taxonomy and workflows.
• Configure and manage SharePoint sites and related data repositories.
• Input, clean, validate high volumes of contracting and financial data.
• Support tracking of acquisition milestones, invoicing, and performance metrics.
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc analytical reports and executive summaries.
