Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3+ years in management improvement studies.
• Experience applying qualitative/quantitative methods to improve effectiveness.
• US citizenship with clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provides contract administration support and analyzes vendor invoices for compliance.
• Initiates requests for public trust certification and security clearances.
• Advises service providers on USG contractor registration and payment systems.
• Maintains service provider information in automated program management system.
• Liaises with Diplomatic Security on facility access and clearance issues.
• Prepares draft documents for signature and generates reports.
• Experience with security clearance management or contract document management.
