Job summary

RTEC Treecare is seeking an experienced Government Contracts Administrator to own the federal contracting function from award to closeout. You will ensure audit-ready files, track pricing and deliverables, and coordinate with SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, and procurement opportunities.

You will work with operations, accounting, sales, estimators, and leadership to identify improvements, maintain regulatory compliance, and support a growing government portfolio that serves public spaces and communities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal contract administration experience.
• Understanding of FAR and federal procurement practices.
• Experience with GSA contracts, BPAs, IDIQs, Task Orders, or similar vehicles.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Professional communication with internal teams and government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage federal contracts from award through closeout.
• Maintain audit-ready contract files and documentation.
• Track modifications, option years, pricing, CLINs, labor categories, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, and procurement opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, accounting, sales, estimators, and leadership to improve processes.
