Job summary

Oak View Group seeks a Vice President of Federal Contractor Strategy & Compliance to build and scale the organization’s federal contract capabilities. You will partner with executive teams to implement policies, systems, and governance to operate compliantly under FAR/SCA/DFARS and related standards.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee regulatory governance, registrations, and cross-functional program leadership to ensure risk-mitigated operations and audits readiness in a complex

Qualifications

• 12+ years in federal contractor, government compliance, or related operational leadership.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, SCA, DFARS and compliance requirements.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational change.
• Proven project management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead federal contractor strategy and transformation initiatives across the enterprise.
• Ensure adherence to federal regulations and internal controls in operations.
• Oversee SAM, UEI, and other registrations and certifications for contracts.
• Coordinate with senior leaders to implement compliant recordkeeping, procurement, and reporting.
• Drive risk mitigation, audits readiness, and government review preparedness.
• Support business development in pursuing federal opportunities and contract risk assessments.
